KoinBay is a centralized cryptocurrency exchange, operating under the license of Zenit World LTD, holding license number BFX2024011 and incorporated in February 6th, 2024, pursuant to the International Business Companies Act 2014 in the Union of the Comoros.

The company operates with technology, legal and compliance, to pave the way for upkeeping the operations of the current services and continually working on a roadmap of developing new trading and value-added services on KoinBay while ensuring robust KYC KYB and KYT is enabled with both real-time monitoring through technology and a human supervision layer. Together, they support in monitoring transactional compliance on everyday profiling of both newly registered users and current users in adherence to global AML CFT protocols.

KoinBay also works with third-party technology service providers - towards KYC, KYB, KYT, AML/CFT monitoring, virtual asset custody management, trading engine, payment ramps, market making, order book management, operations and non-trading value added services.
